It seems to be a case of sour grapes or is it that romancing Justin Timberlake has not been as fulfilling and gratifying for Cameron Diaz.

In a recent interview with Jeanne Wolf of movies.com, Cam said that her last couple of years have been like “hell” and “so hard.”

“The last couple of years were hell. Like, I can’t even tell you, it was so hard. I didn’t know how to handle it,” usmagazine.com quoted Diaz, as saying.

“But I think I’m in a much better place now, because I stepped away for a second and took a breath. Hollywood is a funny place. It offers so much, but it can also take a lot away from you,” she added.

The 34-year-old also talked about the complications of overcoming prejudice against pretty people.

“If a woman who’s a successful actress weighs 300 pounds and has warts, nobody ever asks her, ‘Do you think you made it because you’re ugly?’ So why should there be prejudice against someone who’s had some success in films and looks a little better than average. It’s all in my genes, so don’t hold it against me,” she said.

When asked about her Hawaii trips, the actress revealed that she had the most spiritual experience surfing there.

“I was just there doing a lot of surfing. I love it. It’s definitely a spiritual experience, the closest you can get to Mother Nature, which is God to me,” she said.

Diaz also had an eco-friendly vision for the next Shrek movie.

“For the next Shrek, I’d like to create the ideal kingdom of Far Far Away, where there would be no carbon emissions … work an eco-friendly message into the story. Maybe the swamp could be in danger from an environmental disaster or something,” she said.

Pamela as we thought might have gone for a romantic escapade to Russia with David Binn, but she went around Orphanage surfing there.

She visited a Russian orphanage, has revealed she is ready to extend her family now she is dating San Diego Chargers American footballer David Binn.

And Pammie - who has two sons, Dylan and Brandon, from her failed marriage to rocker Tommy Lee - hasn’t ruled out adoption.

She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “Would I be ready to adopt a child? I’m not saying it’s impossible. I have my two boys and it would just be so amazing to make one more kid happy in this life.

“David loves kids, he is very strong and at the same time very tender and I just love it.”

Last month, Pammie vowed to return to the Russian orphanage she visited after falling “in love” with the children.

The actress - who was in the country to co-host the MTV Russia Film Awards - said visiting the “inspiring” orphans was the highlight of the trip and really “opened her eyes”.

She said at the time: “I especially loved visiting an orphanage outside of Moscow. It was really eye opening - sad but inspiring to see these kids happy despite having nothing - really nothing, including parents.

“I’m going back to visit - I’m in love with them and their spirits.”

Jamie Pressly and her fiancé Eric Cubiche gave birth to a baby boy today. They named the kid Dezi James, after a running joke where Cubiche would come home and call out “Luuucy” like Dezi Arnaz’ character Ricky Ricardo from I Love Lucy. No, seriously. They named their kid after the fact that his dad makes lame jokes. If he came home every night and yelled out “By the Power of Grayskull!” this kid would be named He-Man.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted making out with Callum Best (some guy from Britain) at Wednesday’s Nylon Magazine party.

“This isn’t a serious relationship,” one friend tells us. “He’s a piece of s-. He’s a wanna-be celebrity. Lindsay trusts people until they hurt her.” Whatever their future, Lohan was in fine form at the Tenjune bash. “She was lifting up her skirt, and sending people over to [her friend, deejay] Samantha Ronson when she didn’t like what she was playing,” said a spy.”
