It must have been the most memorable birthday of Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner’s life.

Pamela who graced the Playboy cover twelve times did a private nude show for Hugh Hefner.

As soon as Hefner arrived at Las Vegas hotel and headed to his room, Pamela stepped out of a bedroom with nothing on her body except high-heel shoes.

Onlooker and hotel owner George Maloof said, “He was stunned and had the biggest smile I’ve ever seen.”

Then Hefner took a seat and Anderson sat on him.

Hefner would have had a helluva time enjoying and juggling those voluminous puppies of Anderson.
