According to a TV show on US television, the Desperate Wives actress’ “gift list includes platinum band dinnerware for 12 and a sterling silver scalloped bowl - at a whopping $1,500 (£750). Friends who don’t want to pay that kind of money for a gift can always pick up Tiffany sterling silver cocktail sticks for just over $100 (£50).”

Hmm…this just doesn’t fall into happy things in the wedding sequence!
